
After unveiling the e Vitara in India for the first time in January 2025, Maruti Suzuki has finally revealed its starting price. However, the manufacturer has again delayed announcing full prices of its only all-electric SUV, even though it has revealed the details about the e Vitara’s variants and features, which we have given below.

Gets two battery pack options with up to 543km claimed range

The Maruti Suzuki e Vitara is offered with two battery pack options: 49kWh and 61kWh. The smaller battery pack is available with the entry-level Delta trim and is mated with a 144hp/193Nm front-axle-mounted (FWD) electric motor. The Zeta and Alpha trims are available with the larger 61kWh battery pack paired with a more powerful 174hp/193Nm electric motor.
With the 49kWh battery, the e Vitara has a claimed range of 440km, while the 61kWh battery offers a longer claimed range of 543km.

The Maruti e Vitara is available in 10 colour options, including monotone options like Arctic White, Bluish Black, Grandeur Grey, Land Breeze, Opulent Red and Splendid Silver. Except the Nexa Blue and Bluish Black hues, all other colours can be had with a dual-tone roof.

The entry-spec Delta trim is well-loaded with features, including dual digital screens with wireless phone connectivity, 7 airbags, all-LED lighting, front and rear parking sensors and an auto-dimming IRVM. However, it misses out on basics like a parking camera and a wireless phone charger.
While the full price list has not been revealed, Maruti Suzuki has unveiled the starting price of the BaaS scheme, which is Rs 10.99 lakh for the 49kWh battery pack with a battery subscription fee of Rs 3.99 per kilometre. Bookings of the e-SUV are open across India at Rs 21,000.
