To the mid-spec Compass Longitude (O) variant, the Trail Edition adds matte black accents on the grille and decals on the bonnet and front doors, along with a grey finish for the badges, outside rearview mirrors (ORVMs), roof rails and the rear bumper. The front bumper also gets a red lower lip. The dual-tone 18-inch alloy wheels have a new design, too. The Compass Trail Edition is available in 4 colour options – Exotica Red, Brilliant Black, Pearl White and Grigio Magnesio (grey).
On the inside, the Compass Trail Edition adds black leatherette upholstery with red highlights, seen on the dashboard, steering wheel, gear knob, and seats. A ‘Dark Camouflage’ graphic on the dashboard can be seen along with Trail Edition-branded all-weather floor mats. Other features such as a dual-pane sunroof, 10.1-inch infotainment touchscreen, and 7-inch digital instrument cluster, dual-zone climate control, auto headlights and in-car connectivity tech are shared with the Longitude (O).
The Compass Trail Edition is available with manual and automatic gearbox options, priced at Rs 25.41 lakh and Rs 27.41 lakh, respectively. This makes the limited edition Compass Rs 58,000 more expensive than the Longitude (O). The brand is also offering a complimentary 3-year annual maintenance contract, a 5-year extended warranty pack and a direct Rs 20,000 cash discount to Jeep Compass Trail Edition buyers.
