As you can see in the images, the Gravite MPV will get bold badging not only on the rear of the car but also on the hood. The front end of the Gravite 2026, as in the bonnet of the car, gets power bulges to visually convey its strength through design. This is not so common among MPVs as they are usually seen as practicality and efficiency oriented. Similar design of the hood is also available with the Triber.

Besides its cousin, the Renault Triber, the Gravite will compete against larger and more powerful MPVs such as the Maruti Ertiga as it is closely priced to the Triber. The Triber top model costs Rs. 8.60 lakh while the Ertiga starts at Rs. 8.8 lakh ex-showroom.

The Gravite will go on sale in January 2026 and based on the vaguely conveyed information from Nissan, it looks like the deliveries might start in March of 2026. It’s probably done like this to gauge footfall and interest in the Gravite in January to estimate and gear up for production volume in February with delivery timeline for March.
The Triber typically does around 2-3k monthly production volume based on the current demand. The Gravite should be able to achieve 1.5-2k in monthly demand, although some of the sales may be from buyers who switched from Triber. So the Triber’s numbers may fall a bit with the launch of the Gravite 2026.
