The Venue’s 1.2-litre petrol engine with 5-speed manual gearbox returns a claimed 18.05kpl. The 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine is more efficient, delivering 18.74kpl with the manual gearbox. The DCT version posts the highest figure among the petrol line-up at 20kpl, making it one of the most fuel-efficient turbo-petrol automatic options in its class.
Diesel variants

The 1.5-litre diesel achieves the strongest numbers overall. Hyundai claims 20.99kpl for the diesel manual, placing it at the top of the Venue’s powertrain options for fuel efficiency. The diesel-automatic, meanwhile, returns 17.9kpl, reflecting a typical drop compared to the manual version.
