MG M9 exterior and interior
Squared-off body, sharp styling.

Being an MPV, the M9 sports boxy proportions, but its styling flourishes are sleek and futuristic. The M9 gets sharp, connected LED headlights and tail-lamps, 19-inch alloy wheels, and lots of chrome trim around the body to accentuate its premium trappings.
Simple and uncluttered dashboard.

The M9 features a 6-seat layout with second row captain’s chairs – all upholstered in leather and suede finished in cognac brown. Up front, the layout is rather simple with a 12.23-inch infotainment touchscreen, a 7-inch digital driver’s display, a two-spoke steering wheel, and a floating centre console.
Second row experience is the M9’s trump card.
Things get more lounge-like in the M9’s second row thanks to a pair of reclinable captain’s chairs with deployable ottomans. Boot space in the M9 stands at 945 litres, which can be expanded to a cavernous 1,720 litres with the third row folded down. Moreover, the M9 has a 55-litre frunk.
MG M9 features and safety
M9 gets separate sets of sunroofs.

MG has done well to pack the India-spec M9 with all the requisite features buyers would expect at this price point, such as a single-pane sunroof at the front, panoramic sunroof over the rear, powered boss mode, digital IRVM, cabin air filter, 13-speaker JBL sound system, wireless charger, rear entertainment touchscreens, powered front and rear seats with heating, massage, ventilation, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) and Vehicle-to-Vehicle (V2V) functionality, connected car tech, and more.
Lots of safety equipment on offer.
The M9 leaves no stone unturned when it comes to safety either, thanks to the inclusion of 7 airbags, Level 2 ADAS, front and rear disc brakes, electronic stability program (ESP), a 360-degree camera, tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), and more. While the M9 is yet to be tested by Bharat NCAP, the luxury MPV holds 5 star scores in both Euro NCAP and Australian NCAP crash tests.
