The Bear 650 is Royal Enfield’s scrambler style motorcycle that is based on the Interceptor 650. It draws inspiration from the Big Bear run race of the 1960’s and gets a few special touches. Back when it was launched, it was the 5th motorcycle in the brand’s lineup to be powered by the 648cc parallel twin engine. However, this engine is tuned differently and gets a 2-into-1 exhaust system that bumps up the peak torque to 56.5Nm, although peak output remains unchanged at 47hp. It also features a USD fork with twin shock-absorbers and runs on a 19/17-inch (F/R) setup with spoked wheels. The TFT dash is borrowed from the Himalayan and Guerrilla 450 that gets bluetooth connectivity as standard, the Bear is also the only 650 to offer this dash.
