Skoda Auto Volkswagen India Private Limited (SAVWIPL) has announced the appointment of Nitin Selot as Executive Director – Finance, IT and Legal Affairs, effective 19 February 2026. In his new role, he will lead the Group’s financial strategy and IT transformation in India, guiding the company through its next phase of growth. SAVWIPL oversees the India operations of six brands — Skoda, Volkswagen, Audi, Bentley, Lamborghini, and Porsche — and operates manufacturing facilities in Pune and Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.

Nitin Selot brings 35 years of leadership experience across multiple industries, with expertise in strategic financial planning, regulatory governance, and comprehensive financial management. Prior to joining SAVWIPL, he held senior leadership roles at JCB India, Compass Group India, Shell, and Mars Wrigley. He holds finance and accounting qualifications, including an A.C.M.A. from the Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of India, an MBA in Finance from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and an ACS from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
