While the Toyota Innova HyCross would have been a good option – especially if you needed to use all three rows of seats – in your budget, you’d only get the petrol version, which is not well-equipped and very inefficient. The hybrid costs upwards of Rs 30 lakh.
The Mahindra XUV 7XO offers excellent value for money and allows you to buy a near fully loaded variant within your budget. However, given your minimal usage, you should go for an electric car, and the XEV 9S is a superb option. You’ll get the mid-range 70kWh battery in Pack Two Above spec, but it still packs in quite a bit of features and tech.
