
The Hyundai Creta Electric line-up has been updated with new variants, more features, higher range figures, additional colour options, and mild price increases. Hyundai says the updates aim to offer greater choice and value to prospective Creta Electric buyers.

2025 Hyundai Creta Electric price and new variants
Three new variants on offer.
With this update, the Creta Electric has gained three new variants: Executive Tech 42kWh, Excellence 42kWh, and Executive(O) 51.4kWh. The latter is now the most affordable 51.4kWh variant of the Creta Electric, the Excellence is the fully-loaded 42kWh variant, and the Executive Tech is the one-above-base option.
Alongside these new variants, most existing Creta Electric trims have seen price hikes. The 42kWh Smart and Smart(O) variants have been discontinued as well. Here’s a full price breakdown of the updated Creta Electric line-up:

2025 Hyundai Creta Electric feature updates
Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto for all Creta Electric variants.
Hyundai will now offer its proprietary wired-to-wireless adapter for Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity with all variants of the Creta Electric. Moreover, the Excellence 42kWh and 51.4kWh variants will include a dashcam and rear wireless charger, while the Creta Electric Premium trim now gets vegan leather upholstery, ventilated front seats, and an 8-way powered driver’s seat. Lastly, the Creta Electric is now available with two new colour options: Matte Black and Shadow Grey.

Coming to the new Creta Electric variants, the Executive Tech 42kWh gets creature comforts like a panoramic sunroof, rear sunshades, vegan leather upholstery, and ventilated front seats, whereas the Excellence 42kWh additionally packs in Level 2 ADAS, 8-way powered front seats, front parking sensors, auto-dimming IRVM, rain-sensing wipers, and more.

Claimed range increased by roughly 7.8 percent.

The Creta Electric’s claimed range has been bumped up from 390km to 420km for the 42kWh battery pack, and 473km to 510km for the 51.4kWh unit. This represents an uptick of around 7.8 percent in range for both battery configurations, and should translate to a meaningful improvement in the Creta Electric’s real-world range too. Power and torque figures remain unchanged for the Creta Electric.
