
With Diwali just around the corner, carmakers have released model-wise discounts available on their cars. The compact SUV segment has always seen tough competition with models like the Kia Syros, Kia Sonet, Hyundai Venue, and the Tata Nexon, and this month, they are being offered with benefits of up to Rs 1.6 lakh. Here are the details:

Kia Syros
Up to Rs 1.6 lakh off.
The Kia Syros is one of the most premium compact SUVs on sale in India, and prices range between Rs 8.67 lakh and Rs 15.94 lakh (ex-showroom). However, customers can enjoy discounts of up to Rs 1.60 lakh this Diwali, depending on the variant. Currently, the SUV is being offered in six trims: HTK, HTK(O), HTK+, HTX, HTX+, and HTX+(O), with a choice between a 120hp turbo-petrol and a 116hp diesel engine.
Kia Sonet
Up to Rs 1.03 lakh off.
The Kia Sonet is another compact SUV offered by the Korean carmaker in India that comes at a lower price than the Syros, ranging from Rs 7.30 lakh-14.09 lakh (ex-showroom). This Diwali 2025, it carries offers up to Rs 1.03 lakh. While it gets the same turbo-petrol and diesel options as the Syros, it is also offered with an 83hp 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine. It is available in nine trims: HTE, HTE (O), HTK, HTK (O), HTK+, HTK+ (O), HTX, GTX+, and X-Line.
Nissan Magnite
Up to Rs 89,000 off.
The Nissan Magnite is one of the most affordable models in its segment, with prices starting from Rs 5.62 lakh (ex-showroom). To make the deal sweeter, Nissan is offering the Magnite with benefits of up to Rs 89,000, including cash discounts up to Rs 15,000, an exchange bonus of up to Rs 60,000, along with a 1-gram gold coin. It is available in seven trims: Visia, Visia+, Acenta, N-Connecta, Tekna, Tekna+ and also an all-black Kuro Edition. Engine options include a 72hp naturally aspirated petrol and a 100hp turbo-petrol engine.
Maruti Suzuki Fronx
Up to Rs 88,000.
Next in line in terms of benefits is the Maruti Suzuki Fronx, which is offered in Sigma, Delta, Delta Plus, Zeta and Alpha trims, and carries benefits of up to Rs 88,000. Prices of the Maruti Suzuki SUV range between Rs 6.85 lakh and Rs 11.98 lakh (ex-showroom).
Renault Triber
Up to Rs 75,000 off.
The Renault Triber is the most affordable 7-seater offering in India with prices starting from Rs 5.76 lakh (ex-showroom). The French carmaker is offering benefits of up to Rs 75,000, including cash discounts of up to Rs 30,000, exchange benefits of up to Rs 35,000, along with corporate or rural offers up to Rs 10,000 to eligible customers. The MPV is offered in four broad trims: Authentic, Evolution, Techno and Emotion, all of which are powered by a 72hp naturally aspirated petrol engine.
Renault Kiger
Up to Rs 70,000 off.

The Renault Kiger also gets similar benefits as the Triber, with cash and exchange discounts of up to Rs 35,000 each. Like the Triber, eligible customers can also avail corporate, rural and scrappage bonuses. Prices of the Kiger range between Rs 5.76 lakh and Rs 10.34 lakh (ex-showroom), and it gets the same variant nomenclature as the Triber MPV. However, in addition to the 72hp naturally aspirated engine, it also offers a 100hp turbo-petrol engine as the Nissan Magnite.
Maruti Suzuki Jimny
Up to Rs 70,000 off.
The Maruti Suzuki Jimny is one of the most affordable off-roaders in India, with prices ranging from Rs 12.32 lakh to Rs 14.45 lakh (ex-showroom). Maruti is offering benefits of up to Rs 70,000 on this SUV, which differs as per the trim. It is powered by a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated K15B petrol engine that puts out 105hp and 134Nm and it’s available in two trims: Zeta and Alpha.
Skoda Kylaq
Up to Rs 65,000 off.
The Skoda Kylaq is the Czech carmaker’s most affordable SUV offering in India. The Kylaq is priced from Rs 7.55 lakh (ex-showroom), and carries benefits of up to Rs 65,000 this Diwali. It is powered by a 1-litre turbo-petrol engine that produces 114hp and 178Nm, and is paired with either a manual or a torque converter automatic gearbox. It is available in four trims: Classic, Signature, Signature+ and Prestige.
Hyundai Venue
Up to Rs 50,000 off.
Prices of the Hyundai Venue start from Rs 7.26 lakh (ex-showroom), and it is being offered with benefits of up to Rs 50,000 this festive season. Hyundai offers the SUV with the same naturally aspirated, turbo-petrol and diesel engine options as the Kia Sonet in India. It is also available in a sportier N Line avatar, which is powered by a 120hp turbo-petrol engine and comes with a revamped suspension setup and steering rack for a more enthusiastic drive experience.
Tata Nexon
Up to Rs 45,000 off.
The Tata Nexon is one of the most popular SUVs in the segment, which is priced between Rs 7.32 lakh and Rs 14.05 lakh (ex-showroom). Tata Motors is offering it with benefits of up to Rs 45,000 this Diwali, which includes a cash discount of up to Rs 10,000, a loyalty bonus of up to Rs 20,000, and exchange or scrappage benefits amounting to up to Rs 15,000. It is powered by either a 115hp diesel or a 120hp turbo-petrol engine that is also available with a 110hp CNG option.
Mahindra XUV 3XO
Up to Rs 45,000 off.
The Mahindra XUV 3XO is the carmaker’s most affordable SUV in India, with prices ranging between Rs 7.28 lakh and Rs 14.40 lakh (ex-showroom). It gets discounts up to Rs 45,000 this Diwali. Mahindra offers the SUV in 11 trims: MX1, RevX M, RevX M (O), MX2, MX2 Pro, MX3, MX3 Pro, AX5, RevX A, AX5 L, AX7 and AX7 L. It is powered by either a 117hp diesel, a 111hp 1.2-litre TCMPFi turbo-petrol, or a 131hp 1.2-litre TGDi turbo-petrol engine.
