The design study showcases a muscular, well-proportioned exterior – and you can expect the new B+ (Creta rival) & the 3-row C (XUV7OO rival) segment Renault car to embody similar design traits.
Francisco Hidalgo Marques, VP, Sales & Marketing at Renault India, in an interaction with V3Cars also confirmed that Renault will focus on size (read: road presence) in the 3-row SUV segment, as India is a market that lays importance on how big a car looks.
Francisco also highlighted the importance of modern-day features in the upcoming Renault cars, specifically indicating that all of the new cars “will” come with a sunroof, even if it is a limited-use feature for a market like India.
What is also confirmed by Groupe Renault’s MD, Venkatram M, is that there will be a strong hybrid powertrain option as well in Renault’s portfolio. We reckon the XUV7OO rival with 3-row seating will come with the strong hybrid option.
It remains to be seen the order in which 5 of these cars will launch, but what is certain is that Renault will have a 5-car portfolio in 2027.
