Built around a heavily-revised XUV300 platform, the Mahindra XUV400 is a midsize electric SUV that starts at Rs 15.49 lakh (ex-showroom). During Diwali 2025, Mahindra is offering interested buyers with discounts of up to Rs 2.5 lakh! The XUV400 is available in EC Pro and EL Pro variants.
Depending on the variant, the Indian automaker’s October offers include corporate discounts, exchange & scrappage benefits, plus cash & accessories discounts. The Mahindra XUV400 EV is equipped with either a 34.5kWh or 39.4kWh battery pack, with the claimed MIDC range of 375km and 456km, respectively.
Skoda Kushaq discounts in October 2025
Savings of up to Rs 2.5 lakh

Buyers looking to buy the Skoda Kushaq this Diwali can also avail discounts of up to Rs 2.5 lakh. Skoda is also offering its SuperCare service package as a complimentary add-on for a period of one year. With the ex-showroom prices starting at Rs 10.61 lakh, the Kushaq is offered in up to eight trim levels.
The midsize SUV is based on the VW Group’s MQB-A0-IN platform and boasts a five-star safety rating by Global NCAP. Under the bonnet of the entry-level Kushaq is a 1.0-litre three-cylinder turbo-petrol engine with 115hp and 178Nm, mated to a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed torque converter automatic. The Kushaq is also offered with a 1.5-litre four-cylinder turbo-petrol engine that develops 150hp and 250Nm, paired solely to a 7-speed DCT.
Volkswagen Taigun discounts in October 2025
Savings of up to Rs 1.8 lakh
The Volkswagen Taigun is being offered with discounts amounting to up to Rs 1.8 lakh this October. The highest possible discount is applicable on the Taigun GT Plus Sport variant, which receives scrappage benefits worth Rs 20,000 and further discounts of Rs 1.60 lakh. Those interested in the GT Line variant of this Volkswagen SUV can avail benefits worth up to Rs 80,000.
The Taigun GT Plus Chrome is being offered with discounts amounting to Rs 1.5 lakh this Diwali. The Taigun Topline Chrome variant has discounts of up to Rs 1.35 lakh, while the Taigun Highline Plus Chrome has discounts worth up to Rs 1 lakh. There are also scrappage benefits worth a maximum of Rs 20,000. Furthermore, the entry-level Taigun Comfortline is priced at Rs 10.58 lakh (ex-showroom) this October. Mechanically, the Volkswagen Taigun is similar to the Skoda Kushaq.
Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara discounts in October 2025
Savings of up to Rs 1.8 lakh
Maruti Suzuki is offering the strong hybrid variants of the Grand Vitara with Diwali discounts amounting to Rs 1.8 lakh. The petrol-only variants are available with discounts of up to Rs 1.5 lakh, while customers of the CNG variants can expect discounts worth up to Rs 40,000.
The Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara starts at Rs 10.76 lakh (ex-showroom), and utilises a 1.5-litre four-cylinder petrol engine that makes 103hp and 139Nm. It comes mated to either a 5-speed manual or 6-speed torque converter automatic, with the latter also being offered with all-wheel-drive. The strong hybrid variants are also powered by a 1.5-litre four-cylinder engine, but one paired to an electric motor, taking the maximum output to 115hp.
Honda Elevate discounts in October 2025

The Honda Elevate attracts discounts of up to Rs 1.51 lakh this Diwali. Honda’s midsize SUV uses the same platform as its City sibling, while prices start from Rs 11 lakh (ex-showroom). Spread across five variants, the Honda Elevate comes with a 1.5-litre four-cylinder petrol engine that generates 121hp and 145Nm of torque. This naturally-aspirated mill is paired with a CVT automatic.
Kia Seltos discounts in October 2025
Savings of up to Rs 1.47 lakh
Those walking into a Kia showroom to purchase a Seltos this festive season can avail discounts worth up to Rs 1.47 lakh. The Kia Seltos is priced from Rs 10.79 lakh (ex-showroom), and is offered in nine trim levels. Kia’s midsize SUV comes with two 1.5-litre petrol engines and one 1.5-litre diesel mill.
The base petrol engine of the Seltos produces 115hp and 144Nm, while the turbo-petrol mill makes 160hp and 253Nm. The Seltos diesel’s 1.5-litre engine develops 116hp and 250Nm. Transmission options include 6-speed manual, 6-speed IMT, 6-speed automatic, 7-speed DCT, and an IVT (Kia speak for a CVT).
Hyundai Alcazar discounts in October 2025

Apart from the price drops that accompanied the GST reductions, prospective buyers can enjoy discounts of up to Rs 60,000 when purchasing a Hyundai Alcazar this October. With a starting price of Rs 14.47 lakh (ex-showroom), the Alcazar is a three-row midsize SUV that shares its underpinning with the Creta.
The Hyundai Alcazar is available with two 1.5-litre four-cylinder engines. There is a turbo-petrol motor with 160hp and 253Nm of torque, mated to either a 6-speed manual or 7-speed DCT. The second is a turbo-diesel with 116hp and 250Nm on tap, and it is offered with a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed torque converter automatic.
Tata Curvv discounts in October 2025

Customers of the Tata Curvv can expect offers worth up to Rs 40,000 during this festive season. The Curvv midsize SUV is based on Tata’s new ATLAS platform. It rivals the Citroen Basalt and has a starting ex-showroom price of Rs 9.66 lakh.
The Tata Curvv diesel uses a 1.5-litre four-cylinder mill that churns out 118hp and 260Nm. Buyers have the option of choosing between a 6-speed manual and a 7-speed DCT. Those interested in the Curvv petrol can pick between two turbocharged motors. The base engine is a 1.2-litre three-cylinder with 120hp and 170Nm. The punchier unit is also a 1.2-litre three-cylinder, but it offers up 125hp and 225Nm.
