GAC Honda has launched the new Jazz as a limited-edition model for the Chinese market. GAC Honda is a joint venture between China’s Guangzhou Automobile Group and the Japanese automaker. Since its introduction, the Honda Jazz has found nearly 1.5 million owners in China. However, the new model is more of a locally produced facelift of the fourth-gen Jazz, and is only offered in an entry-level trim that is priced at CNY 66,800 (approximately Rs 8.70 lakh). The 2026 Honda Jazz for China is powered by a 1.5-litre four-cylinder petrol engine producing 122hp and 145Nm of torque, mated to a CVT automatic.
