The Kia Carens Clavis, and the Carens MPV, come with a 115hp 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine that is paired with a 6-speed manual gearbox; this version of the Clavis is rated at 15.34kpl by ARAI. However, the Carens Clavis is also offered with a 150hp, 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine that gets 6-speed manual and iMT and a 7-speed dual-clutch auto transmission option. The Clavis turbo-MT has an ARAI mileage of 15.95kpl, while the DCT version has a 16.66kpl rating.
Renault Triber

The Ertiga is powered by a 103hp 1.5-litre petrol engine that comes with a 5-speed manual gearbox, and a 6-speed torque convertor automatic. The Ertiga AT has an ARAI rating of 20.3kpl, while the manual is rated at 20.51kpl.
Toyota Rumion
ARAI mileage: Up to 20.51kpl

The badge-engineered version of the Ertiga, the Toyota Rumion, is mechanically identical to Maruti’s MPV in all aspects. The Rumion even has the same ARAI mileage figures of 20.51kpl in manual form, and 20.3kpl in automatic guise.
