Apart from the new design for the 18-inch alloy wheels, the 2025 Windsor EV Pro looks identical to the standard Windsor EV. Look at the spec sheet, however and you will notice a few key differences – the Windsor EV Pro offers ADAS. The top ADAS features on the 2025 Windsor EV Pro include:

While the standard Windsor EV is equipped with a 38kWh battery pack, the Windsor EV Pro offers a larger 52.9kWh battery pack. Thanks to the bigger batteries, the Windsor EV Pro offers a range of 449km, which is an improvement of 117km over the standard Windsor EV.
It’s worth noting that the Windsor EV Pro offers faster charging capabilities. Where the standard Windsor EV only supports 45kW chargers, the new Windsor EV Pro supports 60kW fast chargers. The standard Windsor EV can be charged from 20-80% in just 45 mins using a 45kW fast charger. The Windsor EV Pro offers a comparable time of 50 minutes using a 60kW fast charger.
The Windsor EV Pro is offered with a 7.4kW home charger, similar to the top variant of the standard Windsor. It takes 9.5 hours to charge the batteries of the Essence Pro variant from 0-100%, while the Essence with the smaller battery pack takes 7 hours.
2025 MG Windsor EV Bookings To Open On May 8
Bookings for the 2025 Windsor EV Pro will commence on May 8, 2025. Interested customers can book the Windsor EV Pro through authorised MG dealerships or via the brand’s official website.
It’s worth noting that the ex-showroom price of Rs. 17.49 lakh is an introductory offer for the first 8,000 customers. MG are offering the BaaS (Battery as a Service) program with the Windsor EV Pro as well. With BaaS, the Windsor EV Pro can be yours for Rs. 12.5 lakh.

They also assure buyers a 60% buyback guarantee after a period of 3 years.
